Our Story

Who we are

Our founder created Beyond Boundaries after years of battling anxiety and mental health challenges. Ordinary tasks like going to the supermarket or getting a haircut once felt impossible. But through running — through finding strength in discomfort — everything changed. Running became therapy. It became a space to think clearly, breathe deeply, and remember what’s possible when you refuse to give up. That’s why every stitch, seam, and slogan we design carries one message: Keep going that extra mile and push past the limits we set upon ourselves.

The connection between running and mental wellbeing is backed by science. Studies show that regular runners experience up to 44% fewer symptoms of depression and anxiety, with physical and mental health benefits mirroring those of traditional medication trials.
