30‑Day Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Footwear must be returned in its original box

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or misdescribed.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide any return instructions you need.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.
Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or we’ve made an error, we’ll cover the cost of return postage.

For change‑of‑mind returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service so you can monitor your parcel’s journey back to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund instead.
