Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options & Costs

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. We offer:

• Standard UK Delivery – Estimated 2–4 working days

• Express UK Delivery – Estimated 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your delivery method includes tracking, you’ll also receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
